| The Hiram McAdams Family Reunion (Hiram A.
McAdams family) is held annually
on the last Sunday in April at the McAdams Reunion Grounds on FM
1696, about half way between Huntsville and Bedias, Texas. Folks
start arriving around 9:00 AM with plenty of picnic/pot luck food.
There is a short program at 11:00 AM, followed by a wonderful lunch.
Most of the family members then visit some more until mid-afternoon,
when they begin to disperse.
The McAdams Memorial Reunion (John McAdams family) is held
annually on the third Saturday in October at the McAdams Reunion
Grounds. John McAdams was Hiram McAdams' father.

| The McAdams Cemetery Association reunion grounds have some new additions this year (2008). Two horse-shoe pits, two washer setups, and a play sand pile for the youngsters in the family have been constructed for use by the families at the reunions. Please bring your children to the next family reunion. |
